Oolongs are semi–oxidised teas situating them between a green and black tea. They are primarily grown in Taiwan and China although recently in less established regions such as Nepal and South Korea. Oolongs offer the largest diversity of tastes and aromas because of the range of flavours achievable from the oxidization spectrum. Dark roasted Oolongs can be nutty with hints of dark chocolate and stone fruits. Lightly oxidised Oolongs can be exquisitely floral with delicate citrus notes and a buttery smooth finish.

Oolong’s health benefits because of the unique combination of flavonoids, carbohydrates, amino acids and essentials oils include digestion, weight control and cardiovascular health. Drink a cup 30 minutes before a walk, workout or yoga and you will feel the results.
