Liquid jade is the legendary name bestowed to green tea. Once picked in the early to mid spring the leaves are immediately ‘steamed’ or ‘fixed’ to prevent any oxidisation. The un-oxidised leaves retain minerals (iron, sodium potassium), natural vitamins (carotene, A, D, B1, B2, C) and polyphenols (concentrated antioxidants).
